Special Orders & Return Policy

The team at Connected Soles is committed to finding the right shoe for you. We offer a special order service to all our customers to ensure they have a shoe that will make them happy.

We offer the following special services, where available:

  • Custom width shoes (Narrow, Wide, Extra Wide)

  • Alternative colors (our shoes, but different colors)

  • Specialty shoes from brands we carry

  • Free in-store pick-up (no shipping charge)

Special orders typically arrive in 7-10 days, subject to manufacturer availability.

Special orders require upfront payment and are considered final sale.


Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase, with receipt. Returned merchandise must be in ‘like-new’ condition showing little or no signs of use. Using shoes outside typically means they cannot be cleaned to return to ‘like-new’ condition. We recommend wearing shoes around the house or running on a treadmill to test shoes if you are considering returning them.

Product Defects

We are able to offer exchanges on newly purchased items that fail due to manufacturer error. Product failure of older items due to over-use may not be eligible for exchange. Please consult one of our associates in store with the product and a description of under what conditions the product failed.
